- Conducting initial interviews and evaluating candidates
- Managing the candidate database, working with resumes
- Organizing the process of adapting new employees, monitoring the completion of the probationary period, working with veterans
- Participating in the formation of corporate culture and staff retention measures
- Interacting with the heads of structural divisions to clarify the needs of personnel
- Preparation of reports on recruitment and adaptation
Requirements:
- Experience in HR or recruitment will be an advantage
- Knowledge of the basics of labor legislation
- Responsibility, communication, attention to details
- Ability to work with a large amount of information
