What you will need to do:
 • ​​Look for specialists for various positions: construction, sales, marketing.
 • Work with a constant workload: 5-8 specialists per month, 3 vacancies at the same time.
 • Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates.
 • Accompany new employees during the orientation.

What we expect from you:
 • Experience in recruiting or HR will be an advantage.
 • Ability to find an approach to different people and evaluate their professional qualities.
 • Organized and responsible.
 • Basic skills of working with computer and office programs.
