Koch Chemie is a premium German high quality car care products. Our segment is medium ++/premium. We work with such auto giants as Mercedes, BMW, Audi, Volkswagen, Toyota. We also won the trust of customers of car dealers, maintenance stations, car washes and polishing centers throughout Ukraine.

How do we see our candidate?

• Management experience operational processes or in the field of sales of goods (distribution, retail) - from 3 years.
• Knowledge of 1C, CRM systems, MS Office at the level of a confident user.
• Skills of creation, implementation and optimization of business processes.
• Ability to work with large amounts of information, analyze data and make effective decisions.
• High level of organization, responsibility, communication skills.
• Having a car will be a plus (the company will compensate the costs of use).

The main tasks will be:

• Planning operational processes: development of daily/weekly plans for divisions (logistics, warehouse, sales).
• Logistics and warehouse control: organization of supply, storage and shipment of goods; monitoring stocks and ensuring their timely replenishment.
• KPI monitoring: tracking key performance indicators and execution of plans.
• Optimization of processes: implementation of automation, improvement of logistics routes and warehousing processes.
• Personnel management: recruitment, adaptation, training and motivation of employees; formation of an effective team.
• Communication between divisions: ensuring coordinated interaction between sales departments,warehouse and logistics.
• Cost reduction: minimization of operating costs and product balances.
• Reporting to the owner: regular information on the performance of tasks and suggestions for improving the company's work.
• Administrative control: reporting, control of labor discipline and compliance with work standards.
