Recruiter, HR manager in RITM

We are RITM - a group of companies engaged in: real estate sales, housing rentals, commercial real estate and investments in Bukovel and abroad. The team has more than 120 employees in Kyiv, Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Ternopil, Chernivtsi and Bukovel. For more than 17 years, we have successfully worked in all niches of the real estate market — from housing rental services to investments.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills,
• ability to organize and plan,
• knowledge of basic principles HR-management, recruitment,
• experience in the selection of sales managers is mandatory.

Working conditions:

• the most friendly and creative team,
• work schedule — MON-FRI from 9:00 to 18:00 (includes an hour for a lunch break).

Duties:

• Organizing and conducting interviews with potential candidates,
• organizing secondary interviews for department heads,
• maintaining and updating the personnel database,
• preparing reports and statistical information, supporting and updating the company's HR policy, participating in the training of new managers, organizing the process of adapting new employees, working with crm and job portals, 1C, organizing team building for the team, supporting the HR manager in various projects and initiatives related to with personnel management.
