Chief specialist of the Personnel Management Sector

Responsibilities:

• Participates in summarizing the needs of civil servants in training, specialization and advanced training, plans the professional training of civil servants of the DAUR apparatus and makes appropriate proposals to the manager;
• On behalf of the head of the sector, carries out, within the limits of competence, communication and interaction with other structural subdivisions of DAUR; prepares draft responses to citizen appeals and requests from other state authorities, enterprises, institutions, organizations, officials, people's deputies, etc.;
• On behalf of the manager, ensures the preparation of draft acts and materials regarding the appointment and dismissal of DAUR personnel and enterprise managers; takes part in drawing up the vacation schedule;
• Performs work related to filling out, recording and storing personal files of DAUR employees and heads of system enterprises;
• According to the procedure established by the legislation, it checks the documents of candidates for vacant civil service positions of categories "B" and "B" for compliance with the requirements established by law; within the scope of competence, together with other structural subdivisions, conducts work on concluding, extending the term of validity, terminating contracts with the heads of enterprises of the system.

Requirements for the position:

• Knowledge of the Law of Ukraine "On Civil Service";

• degree of higher education not lower than bachelor;
• work experience in public service positions of category B, or work experience in local self-government bodies;

• citizenship of Ukraine;
• fluent command of the state language, personal computer.
