Recruiter, HR Manager in Mirko

We are looking for HR \ Recruiter at Mirko Solutions.

Mirko develops mobile and web applications, cloud solutions, offers integrated software solutions UX/UI, JavaScript, PHP and Mobile (Android and iOS), provides outsourcing and outstaffing services companies around the world. We are willing to consider candidates withoutexperience, but a mandatory requirement is English B1 (or above) and the ability to 700">attend the office.

Necessary skills:

• Understanding of recruiting and staffing processes (or strong desire to learn);
• build relationships with potential candidates
• Results oriented
• Excellent command of MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Google Workspace;
• English at B1 level;
• Ability to properly prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

Would be a plus:

• Experience in similar positions;
• Skills in sourcing candidates, courses in HR \ Recruitment
• Understanding of the most common areas of IT, frameworks and languages for recruitment such as: Frontend (JavaScript, React, Vue), Backend (Java, Python, Node), etc.;
• Experience in negotiations, the ability to help with employee problems.

Your main responsibilities will be candidate selection (finding, screening and interacting with candidates in the process of recruiting for various IT positions).

• Working day from Monday to Friday from 09.00 to 18.00, there is also a lunch break from 14:00 to 15:00;
