Assistant HR manager in Skylum

In connection with the expansion of the staff, the company invites an assistant HR manager to the team. We consider candidates both with and without recruiting experience - provided training and support during the adaptation phase.

• Salary from UAH 40,000 + bonuses

Tasks:

• Search and selection of candidates for open positions

• Conducting initial interviews

• Supporting candidates at all stages of selection

• Preparing short reports on candidates

• Communication with department heads

Requirements:

• Experience in recruiting will be an advantage, possible consideration without experience

• Competent speech and confident communication

• Responsibility and attention to detail

• Ability to work in team and independently
