About the organization

The communal institution "Transcarpathian Regional Youth Center" (ZOMC) is a regional space for youth support and development. We work to create opportunities for non-formal education, implementation of youth initiatives, development of civic competences and career growth. The center cooperates with communities, educational institutions, youth workers and partners from various sectors. In connection with the expansion of activities, we invite a career consultant / case manager to join the team.

Main duties:

• Conducting individual consultations with participants (career guidance, employment support).

• Analysis of individual needs case plans.

• Support of program participants: from the first meeting to achieving the result.

• Supporting communication with partners (schools, businesses, communities).

• Preparing short reports and updating data in internal systems.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience in career counseling, social work, HR, psychology, education, youth work or related fields.

• Understanding basic principles of case management and individual support of participants.

• Ability to communicate with young people, parents, partners and institutionsituations.

• High level of organization and responsibility.

• Skills in working with Google Workspace.

• Readiness to work in a dynamic environment. style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">

  Education is welcome but not required if there is sufficient practical experience 14-35 years old.

• Participation in social or volunteer projects.

• Experience in conducting trainings or facilitated meetings.

• Knowledge of the principles of safe space and non-discriminatory approach.
