Recruiter, HR Generalist in Diasphere

Diasphere is an American company with a strong Ukrainian team. We are implementingBIM | VDC technologies and we work on complex HVAC & Plumbing projects: data centers, hospitals, campuses, commercial facilities in the USA and Great Britain. into a team and create an environment where everyone has a voice, support and real opportunities for professional development.

We are actively growing and looking for a Recruiter / HR Generalist, for whom recruiting will be the main area of responsibility, and HR- and office support is an important part of daily work.

We will be great together if you:

• Have 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting (technical / IT roles);
• Able to communicate effectively, listen and negotiate;
• Work independently and keep focus on tasks well;
• Understand the processes of adaptation and onboarding employees;
• Have your own laptop for work;
• Readywork in an office in Kyivand support office processes;
• English is a plus, but not mandatory.

What you will do:

Recruiting (key area of responsibility):

• Quickly find, interest and hire strong (both technically and high soft skills) specialists - because that's what the key tasks of the role

HR & Office support:

• Support the adaptation of the office team;
• Support the basic needs of the office and create a cozy atmosphere in the team;
• Help with the organization of local team building;
• Interact with administrative and service contractors (as needed).
