That is why we are looking for a recruiter who will help us attract the best specialists and develop the HR direction of the company. Main responsibilities:

• search and selection of candidates for open vacancies (work specialties, office positions);
• conducting telephone and initial interviews;
• creating and updating job descriptions;
• working with job search sites, social networks, internal candidate database;
• supporting candidates at all stages of recruiting;
• reporting and updating data on vacancies.
