 NEOR is our e-commerce direction, where we offer useful appliances for home and office, available in all leading national networks: Rozetka, Epicenter, Allo, Foxtrot, COMFY and many others.

We are actively growing, so we are currently looking for a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to help build a strong team and find those who are with us for the long term.

 Your main tasks in this position:

• Full cycle of recruitment: from profile creation to onboarding;
• Working with various vacancies - from line staff to management positions;
• Posting vacancies, active sourcing, screening resumes;
• Conducting interviews, checking references;
• Cooperation with team leaders on formulating requests;
• Participation in building HR processes, improving procedures recruitment;
• Maintenance of the candidate database, analytics and reporting;
• (Desirable) Knowledge of the basics of personnel accounting.

• You have 2+ years of experience in recruiting (in-house or in an agency);
• You live in Ukraine and want to develop here;
• You have leadership potential or team management experience;
• You love your profession, recruiting and HR - sincerely, truly;
• You have experience in recruiting diverse personnel;
• You are driven by business development, you see yourself as a partner, not just an executor;
• You know how to build systems, not just "put out fires";
• You have a positive, energetic attitude to life and are able charge others;
• Has an inner core and the ability to be an authority in the team.
• Wish to grow to HRD (there is career growth)
