  • Communication — supporting candidates at all stages, preparing offers.
  • Onboarding — supporting new employees before joining the team, participating in the adaptation process.
  • Analytics and reporting — maintaining a database of candidates, reports and key HR metrics.
  • Initiative and development — proposals for improvement of recruitment processes, identification of new personnel needs.
  • The number of vacancies in work is on average 3-4/month.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in personnel selection
  • Experience in closing vacancies at various levels — from worker and office to management positions.
  • Practical mastery of search tools: LinkedIn, Djinni, Telegram channels, CRM systems.
  • Systematic and proactive — you come not with a problem, but with a ready-made solution.
  • High empathy and emotional intelligence, understanding the motivation of candidates.
  • Higher education (management, psychology or related fields will be an advantage).
