Main tasks:
- Formation of vacancies - analysis of needs together with managers, creation of job descriptions and portraits of candidates.
- Candidate search - placement of vacancies, active sourcing on Linkedin, Djinni and other job sites.
- Selection and evaluation — conducting interviews, testing, checking recommendations.
- Communication — supporting candidates at all stages, preparing offers.
- Onboarding — supporting new employees before joining the team, participating in the adaptation process.
- Analytics and reporting — maintaining a database of candidates, reports and key HR metrics.
- Initiative and development — proposals for improvement of recruitment processes, identification of new personnel needs.
- The number of vacancies in work is on average 3-4/month.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in personnel selection
- Experience in closing vacancies at various levels — from worker and office to management positions.
- Practical mastery of search tools: LinkedIn, Djinni, Telegram channels, CRM systems.
- Systematic and proactive — you come not with a problem, but with a ready-made solution.
- High empathy and emotional intelligence, understanding the motivation of candidates.
- Higher education (management, psychology or related fields will be an advantage).
