What will you do:
- Manage the financial department.
- Control over the formation of the Company's financial and management reporting.
- Cash flow management, optimization, analysis and cost control.
- Financial analysis of the Company.
- Budgeting and execution control planned indicators in terms of profit, cash flow.
- You will participate in negotiations with main suppliers (as needed).
- You will conduct presentations based on the results of financial activities.
- You will participate in drawing up business plans and financial models of investment projects.
- You will interact with banks and other partners.
- You will deal with the automation of management reporting in Companies.
You will need:
- Experience as a financial director (from 3 years).
- Good knowledge of Word, Excel, 1C and preferably Power BI.
- Knowledge of English at the Intermediate level (very desirable).
- Ability to work in multitasking conditions.
Our candidate:
- Has a higher education in the field of finance, accounting or economics.
- Has knowledge of management accounting standards and the basics of financial analysis, as well as knowledge of the tax legislation of Ukraine.
- Has analytical thinking, attention to detail with a high level of responsibility.
- Has good business planning, budgeting and financial management skills flows.
- Communicative and able to work in a team.
- Ready to learn and improve professional skills.
