We are Dream Team, a growing and expanding dance school. 

Main office: Kyiv, Pechersk, st. 46/2 Knyazov Ostrozhkih

Salary:

30,000 UAH rate + performance bonuses

(negotiated individually)

 Your tasks:

- Full cycle of recruiting (from job posting to offer)

- Conducting Zoom and offline interviews

Supporting new employees during the adaptation period

- Identification of the team's strengths, help in "talent discovery"

- Regular meetings with employees, feedback

– Process thinking (helping employees better understand their role and tasks)

– You have experience in recruiting or HR (from 1 of the year)

– You love people and know how to read potential

– You know how to work structurally, even in creative chaos :)

– You are not afraid of responsibility and have initiative
