The State Labor Service of Ukraine is looking for an expert on occupational safety in the agricultural sector to join its team.

Requirements: fluency in the state language, higher education at an educational level not lower than a bachelor's degree, a junior bachelor's degree in the field of knowledge: C: "Social sciences, journalism, information and international relations"; D: "Business, administration and law"; E: "Natural sciences, mathematics and statistics"; F: "Information technologies"; G: "Engineering, production and construction"; H: "Agriculture, forestry, fisheries and veterinary medicine"; I: "Health care and social security"; J: "Transport and services".

Main job duties:

1. State supervision of compliance with legislation in the areas of industrial safety, occupational health and safety. Preparation of conclusions and recommendations based on the results of such measures, development of proposals for the State Labor Service to perform control and supervisory functions. Submission of proposals for work plans and inspections to the State Labor Office.
2. Consideration of appeals from citizens, enterprises, institutions, organizations, requests from people's deputies and attorneys' requests, requests for obtaining public information, within the department's competence. Preparation of draft responses, information, and reports based on information provided by territorial bodies of the State Labor Service as a result of the implementation of the powers granted.
3. Conducting information and explanatory work on the application of legislation in the spheres of industrial safety and occupational health and safety. Generalization of the practice of applying legislation in the spheres of industrial safety and occupational health and safety, making proposals for amendments to normative legal acts on matters belonging to the competence of the department.
4. Preparation of proposals for amendments to legislative and regulatory acts on issues within the competence of the department.
5. Monitoring and evaluation of the results of the territorial bodies of the State Labor Service
   during the performance of tasks and functions within the limits of the powers granted to supervise compliance with the legislation in the areas of industrial safety and labor protection. Summarizing and analyzing the results of the work of the territorial bodies of the State Labor Service on issues related to the authority of the department.
6. Performance of other powers and functions arising from the tasks assigned to the department and department, execution of other assignments of the management of the department, State Labor Service.
