Engineering & Operations Team

Antal Engineering & Operations deals with professional recruitment processes for specialist, expert, middle and senior positions management staff for the following industries: automotive, machinery, manufacturing, electronics, household appliances, FMCG (Food and Non-Food), transport, logistics, chemical, mining, construction, real estate and energy - with particular emphasis on renewable energies (RES).

Apply if:

• You have at least 2 years of experience in recruitment - a necessary condition
• You know well at least one of the following industries: automotive, machinery, manufacturing, electronics, FMCG (Food and Non-Food), transport, logistics, chemical, mining industry, construction or energy.
• You know how to sell B2B services and you can negotiate. 
• You know English well (min. B2) - we have many international clients.

A big plus if:

• You have experience in B2B customer service
• You know how to conduct an end-to-end or 360 recruitment process

As a Consultant in the Engineering&Operations team:

• You are a Headhunter - you are looking for, identifying and contacting candidates matched to your recruitment.
• You conduct job interviews to thoroughly evaluate candidates in Polish and English.
• You develop your business through active acquisitione clients (recruitment projects) and negotiate commercial terms and rates.
• You advise, partner and support your candidates during the recruitment process.
• You become an expert in your field and receive high bonuses for placements.

What does the recruitment process look like? 

1. You submit your application.
