Customer Service with Polish and English

Location: Warsaw

Your daily tasks:

✅ Providing the highest level of customer service (email/telephone);

✅ Answering incoming calls and achieving goals set by the client;

✅ Compliance with company policies and procedures;

✅ Performing daily tasks efficiently and on time;

✅ Achieving quality goals for connections and customer satisfaction.

What do we expect from you?

Language: Fluent knowledge of English (C1) and good knowledge of Polish (B2) ;

Experience: Experience in sales or customer service preferred;

Technology: Knowledge of MS Office and advanced computer skills;

Personality: Being motivated, enthusiastic and willing to work.
