• search and recruitment of middle and top level personnel (including in the management company)
• headhunting and executive search
• communication and interaction with customers
• regulatory work (maintaining the necessary reports, participation in department meetings, etc.)

Requirements:

• 2 years of work experience in a relevant position
• experience in closing management positions
