• higher education (psychology or sociology will be an advantage);
• experience in recruitment from the 1st year;
• high level of PC proficiency;
• excellent communication and presentation skills;
• perseverance and result orientation;
• responsibility and diplomacy.

FUTURE DUTIES:

• quality and timely closing of vacancies;
• conducting initial interviews with candidates;
• participation in staff adaptation processes;
• monitoring labor market and creation personnel reserve;
• reporting on recruitment;
• participation in HR department projects (corporate weekly, team-building activities).
