Your daily functionality:
- Evaluate potential teachers and agree on terms of cooperation;
- Form a database of consultants - experts in the field IT;
- To influence the development of the team and the company, constantly studying the best global recruiting practices and increasing the level of own expertise;
- And also to develop active networking at offline and online events in the IT community.
This is an exact match, if you:
- Have experience in recruiting from 1 year;
- Know how to work with LinkedIn, view CVs, find your candidates;
- Understand how Booling Seacrch, X-RAY works.
It will be a plus:
- You believe that recruiting is a vocation, not a profession;
- You know how to work with non-standard channels and tools for finding developers;
- You actively communicate with specialists in IT industry and "on you" with Linkedin;
- Easily establish contacts with strangers at profile events;
- Possess basic skills of evaluating candidates for competencies;
- Have a positive mindset and always have enthusiasm for work;
- In love with your work, set high standards and look for a challenge in everything, always look for and offer options for solutions, do not wait for the situation to resolve itself;
- Open to feedback, able to draw conclusions, learn and work on your mistakes.
