The EY PAS team is looking for a motivated Junior Payroll Accountant who is eager to enrich his knowledge, develop personal and professional experience and work in an excellent team of PAS experts. payroll and personnel compliance services to our clients (legal entities in the local market of Ukraine and branches or representative offices of foreign companies operating in Ukraine), as well as acting as a consultant on the following business issues:

• Outsourcing the function of payroll and personnel administration
• Adaptation and development of personnel policy and mandatory local acts
• Consulting services from the point of view of labor and tax legislation
• Audit of the correctness of the calculation of wages and personnel, including the audit of the completeness and correctness of the calculation of the income of individuals and social contributions, the preparation of mandatory reporting, related to payment of labor.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of advance/main/off-cycle employee payrolls for Clients
• Preparation of mandatory reporting for submission to tax authorities, pension fund, social insurance fund, statistical authorities
• Communication with representatives of the authorities, working with the requirements received from them
• Preparation of various types of certificates at the request of Clients
• Assistance in consulting work at the relevant requests of Clients in the field of labor and tax legislation
• Participation in interesting projects related to our services.

Requirements

• Higher education in the field of economics
• English language proficiency level - B2 and above
• In-depth knowledge of office applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Knowledge ofograms 1C 7/8 will be a big plus
• Experience as a payroll accountant will be a strong advantage
• Attention to detail, computational skills and developed analytical thinking.
• Ability and desire to work in team.
