Recruiter for the NGO "Internews-Ukraine" in Internyuz-Ukrayina, GO

WHAT SHOULD BE DONE:

• Carry out a full cycle of searching and recruiting personnel of various categories (writing a job description and its placement, resume screening, selection of shortlisted candidates for further interviews, etc.).
• Conduct analysis and process resumes.
• Monitor job resources and the labor market.
• Provide feedback to candidates based on interview results.
• Configure/automate recruiting processes (candidate database creation, Google Sheets, Hiring Memo, etc.).
• Prepare job offers .
• Update job descriptions and relevant documents in accordance with current labor legislation.

WE EXPECT THAT YOU:

• You have a higher education (preferably a master's degree in human resource management or social sciences or a related field).
• You have at least 1 year of experience in personnel management.
• Fluent in Ukrainian and English at the intermediate level.
• Able to work with search sites, programs and applications for working with personnel, LinkedIn, Telegram channels, etc.
• Excellent knowledge of office programs and digital tools (Office 365 package, Google Docs, Zoom, task managers, cloud services, etc.). 
• You have high communication skills and can easily find a common language with people.
• Demanding yourself and want to grow professionally.

Previous work experience in public sector with a similar volume and type of work will be an advantage.
