We are looking for an experienced Operations Director to manage and systematize our business producing psychotherapists, psychologists and hypnotherapists. Your main task will be to build processes in the departments for creating sites, content, advertising, as well as organizing the work of these teams. You will manage projects, coordinate the work of the team and ensure the effectiveness of operational management.

Main responsibilities:

• Construction and optimization of processes in departments for creating sites, content and advertising.
• Organization and coordination of the work of teams to ensure effective performance of tasks.
• Management of projects and control over the execution of plans.
• Systematization of business processes to increase productivity and quality of work.
• Management of the project manager and his team.
• Interaction with clients to determine their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
  Introduction of new technologies and methods to optimize work processes.

Requirements:

• Experience in management positions, especially in the field of operational management.
