Goodfood At Home is a modern Ukrainian food-tech project. 

Goodfood at Home is a Ukrainian food project with over 10 years of experience in the food industry. We prepare high-quality ready-to-eat and frozen meals for home and offices, develop our own production and delivery service and actively scale the team.

Now we are looking forpractice recruiter who is not afraid of different search channels and knows how to find people not only through job sites.

Your role

Full cycle of recruiting for production, logistics and office with direct interaction with company management.

Your main tasks

• Complete recruitment cycle: from the brief to the exit of the employee adaptation

• Work with department heads directly

• Usingall available candidate search channels, and namely:

• Telegram channels and chats (jobs, HoReCa, production, regional groups)

•Viber communities and local groups

• Job portals (Work.ua, Robota.ua)

Offline channels." style="font-weight: normal; font-style: normal">: attraction of companies - by posting ads, searching through local points, recommendations

Who we are looking for

• Experience in recruiting / HR from 1-2 years

Willingness to work not only "from the laptop", but also through field and altalternative channels

• Ability to independently organize the search and bring vacancies to closing

• Communication, responsibility, result orientation
