An international company that provides transport and logistics services in the USA and Europe invites to its team a Recruiter with knowledge of Slovak languages.

We will be happy if you:

• Fluently speak the Slovak language and easily find contact with people;

• Have at least 1 year of experience working with clients and understand the principles of effective communication;

• Have English at the B1-B2 level (will an advantage);

• Able to persuade, listen and confidently negotiate;

• Ready to take responsibility and make decisions;

• Works easily in multitasking mode, knows how to set priorities and manage time;

• Interested in recruiting and seeks to develop in this area together with by us.

Your future tasks:

• Search and selection of personnel;

• Conducting initial interviews;

• Checking necessary documents for employment;

• Support and support of candidates at the stage of adaptation and further cooperation;

• Management of the candidate database and formation of the personnel reserve.
