Your duties:

• Search and selection of candidates for open vacancies in the company

• Conducting interviews, evaluating candidates and managing personnel documentation

• Support of corporate culture and adaptation of new employees

• Cooperation with other departments to improve internal processes

• Participation in the development of HR strategies of the company
