We are a recruiting agency talentC from the Genesis ecosystem. For more than 9 years, our team has been helping to scale the leading businesses of Ukraine and the world, finding and hiring specialists from Trainee to C-level.

Our partner is a fast-growing Ukrainian company in the field of defense technologies. Over the past year, the team has grown more than 2 times, with active scaling ahead. That is why we are currently looking for a recruiter.

What will you do:

• Full recruiting cycle: from brief to offer
• Search and selection of candidates for technical and production specialties
• Active search for candidates
• Collaboration with department heads regarding job openings and closing priorities
• Participation in the construction and improvement of recruiting processes

Who is wanted:

Experience in a technical, production or defense field
• Understanding the full recruitment cycle
• Owning different search channels and the ability to choose effective ones depending on the task
• Proactiveness and initiative: willingness to independently seek new ways and approaches to achieve set goals
• Flexibility and adaptability: ability to quickly adapt to changes and new requirements
• High level of independence and willingness to take responsibility for the result
• Intrinsic motivation and involvement
• Ability to work with confidential information

plus:

• Experience in recruiting / sourcing / sales / support / call center
• Experience or interest in miltech / defense

Place of work and schedule:

• 5/2 from 9:00 to 18:00
• Office in the city center
• Possible hybrid after passing the trial period
