What you will do:

  • Ensuring the smooth operation of TT (technical support - availability of the Internet, operation of the server, work with the 1C database and BAS, availability of personnel, closed replacements).
  • Management of sales, assortment and pricing.
  • Formation of an effective organizational structure.
  • Selection, adaptation, motivation and evaluation of work personnel.
  • Development of job descriptions, job descriptions and attestation letters.
  • Control of marginality and profitability of product categories.
  • Conclusion of beneficial contractual relations with suppliers and monitoring of their compliance.
  • Development and implementation of company projects.
  • Maintaining the relevance of organizational and regulatory documents of the company.
  • Control discipline of implementation and enforcement of rules by all departments of the company.
  • Control of the company's economic activity;
  • Management of the company's financial activities and cash flows.
  • Control of the Company's accounting, tax, and credit policies.
  • Expense control and optimization of financial processes.
  • Management of mutual settlements with suppliers.
  • Preparation and processing of the Company's financial and management reports.
  • Budgeting, financial planning and control of budget implementation.
  • Analysis of financial indicators and business profitability.
  • Registration of employees according to documents developed by the Company.
  • Communications with representatives of controlling bodies.
  • Communications with tenants and landlords, formation of contractual relations.
  • Communications with programmers serving the company on outsourcing.
  • Communications with the company's security service.
  • Communications with the franchisor.

You are suitable for us if you have:

  • Education: economics or management.
  • Experience of working with the "1C: Enterprise 8" program.
  • Experience of working in the BAS program - welcome;
  • Experience of working as a manager from 1
  • Experience in the trade field.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office programs (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Ability to work with a large amount of information.
  • Own management tools (Time-management, management circle).
  • Ability to motivate people for results.
  • Ability to work in a team.
