Recruiter (Central Office)

Responsibilities:

• Full cycle of closing middle-level vacancies (from receiving an application to preparing a job offer for candidates)
• Active search for candidates using various channels: job-portals, LinkedIn, social networks
• Working with the HRM system — managing the candidate database and recruitment analytics
• Monitoring the local labor market and wages
• Participation in the process of adapting new employees
• Participation in brand development projects employer

Requirements:

• Experience in the field of recruiting from 1 year
• Successful experience in closing vacancies of various levels
• Experience in developing search strategies candidates
• Ability to work both in a team and independently, in conditions of multitasking
• High level of responsibility and organizational skills
