We are actively developing and looking for a Recruiter (administrative and production vacancies) who will share our values and will be ready to grow and attract the best candidates to our team. We usually have 7 vacancies, we are looking for accountants, project managers, assistants. Production vacancies - logisticians, assemblers, assemblers, quality controllers, etc.

For this position, it is important:
- Practical experience of searching and selecting personnel (from 2 years in this position)
- Owning of modern candidate search tools;
- Owning of various methods of interviewing and evaluating candidates
- effectively interact with candidates and hiring managers;
- Ability to identify key requirements, form a portrait of the ideal candidate, work with several vacancies at the same time, attention to details.
- Education in the field of psychology or personnel management will be a great advantage.
It will be cool if you have experience in recruitment in the retail, food industry, and electronics.
What will be included in the main duties:
1. Management of the full recruitment cycle:
- interaction with hiring managers in the company;
- placement of company vacancies in channels for searching for candidatesiv;
- active search for candidates;
- review and selection of resumes;
- entering CV and information about candidates into the internal system;
- conducting interviews with candidates from the beginning of interaction to the offer;
2. Cooperation with the HR inspector on registration.
3. Working to improve hiring processes.
