What you need to do:

• Posting vacancies on various resources
• Active search for candidates according to the defined position profile
• Conducting telephone interviews/interviews
• Work with personnel reserve
• Execution of administrative tasks related to personnel recruitment, including drawing up of offers, issuing merch, etc.
• Setting tasks for the IT department related to personnel
• Maintaining positive relations with candidates and ensuring a positive experience of interaction with our organization
• Managing the candidate database
