During the quarantine period, we have expanded our staff three times.

And now we have increased the volume again and are replenishing our team again.

We need a person without whom no large company can do, namely: Search and recruitment manager (RECRUITER).

We are waiting for a professional who loves to search and find talent, and most importantly - to adapt them according to the company's corporate culture and values.

What will be the main tasks:

• Full recruiting cycle: from briefing before the candidate leaves

• Search for candidates via LinkedIn, Job Boards, Telegram, direct search

• Conducting initial interviews and evaluating candidates

• Working with vacancies at different levels (junior-senior)

• Communication with hiring managers

• Maintenance of funnel, statuses, feedback and deadlines

Requirements:

• Experience in recruiting from 2 years

• Understanding the full recruiting cycle

• Strong communication skills

• Self-organization, responsibility, proactivity

• Resistance to stress and flexibility in a dynamic environment
