What we do in the recruiting team: Full cycle recruiting (non-tech vacancies). We are looking for specialists at the Middle-Senior-Lead level in the fields of media buying and affiliate marketing, we help connect a specialist with a project/team, we select professionals.

What we expect from you:

• 3 years of recruiting experience
• Experience in finding candidates in the field of gambling , in particular in the positions of buyers and affiliate specialists from 1 year
• Excellent understanding of the online casino market and the peculiarities of working with affiliates
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to build strategic relationships
• li> Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of English at the Intermediate level or higher

What you will do in this position:

• Selection of candidates for various vacancies (Media Buyer, Affiliate Manager)
• Developing and implementing candidate acquisition strategies through multiple channels
• Collaborating with C-level and Hiring Managers to identify candidate needs and requirements
• Conducting interviews, assessing candidate competencies, and making hiring decisions
• Organization and participation in career events aimed at attracting candidates in the field of online gambling
