Looking for an experienced and motivated recruiter to join our team. The main responsibilities include finding, selecting and hiring talented specialists who will help our company grow and develop.

M. Opole

Main duties:

• Search for candidates through various channels, including online platforms, social networks and professional associations.
• Conducting interviews and assessing candidates for compliance with job requirements.
• Cooperation with managers from different departments to determine the needs of new employees.
• Candidate database management.
• Organization and holding of recruitment events (job fairs, open days, etc.).
• Preparation and publication of job announcements.
• Verification of recommendations and preparation of job offers.

Requirements:

• Experience as a recruiter or similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills skills
• Knowledge of candidate search methods and tools.
• Knowledge of Ukrainian/Russian/Polish languages ​​at a high level.
• Experience with recruiting systems (ATS) will be an advantage.
