Main tasks:

• Full cycle recruiting from communication with the hiring manager to the offer to the candidate
• Development and implementation of a strategy for finding candidates for various positions (from specialists to top management)
• Conducting interviews and evaluating potential candidates < /li>
• Coordination of interaction with candidates and company departments
• Support and improvement of the recruiting and candidate selection system
• CRM management, daily reports and speeches at daily meetings
• /ul>

  Expectations from the candidate:

  • Experience in recruiting from 6 months. or completed profile courses
  • High level of communication skills
  • Ability to work with stress and the ability to make decisions in limited time
  • Experience in searching for candidates for top positions will be great plus
