Functional duties:

• Full cycle of recruiting: from receiving an application to the candidate leaving for work

• Conducting interviews and evaluation of candidates

• Interaction with managers

• Supporting the candidate during the adaptation phase

• Formation and support of the personnel reserve

• Management of the candidate database

• Participation in the improvement of selection processes personnel

Requirements:

• Experience in the field of personnel selection from 1 year (we will consider candidates without experience, with a desire to learn a new profession)

• Experience in mass recruiting is desirable

• High level of communication skills

• Organization and systematicity

• Result orientation

• Ability to multitask
