NIK ELECTRONICS LLC is a full-cycle product company, one of the largest in Eastern Europe in the field of development and production of measuring devices, energy management systems, as well as energy consulting and engineering. Today, we combine high-tech automated production sites with testing equipment, our own design office and service center.

We invite to our R&D department a technical documentation writer who will be responsible for creating, editing and maintaining high-quality technical documentation, providing a clear and accurate presentation of complex engineering solutions to internal and external users. 700">:

• Prepare technical documentation for electronic devices under development, provided by Ukrainian and international standards:

1. Instructions of operation
2. Block diagrams
3. Technical descriptions, etc.

• To accompany the documentation during the certification of devices, during its release and during operation: editing, revision, updating, storage, etc.
• Prepare and accompany the templates of passports and declarations of devices that are printed during their production
• Develop templates of nameplates and labels that are printed on devices and on their packaging during production
• Preparation of diagrams, drawings, illustrations for technical documentation
• Maintenance of the storage of operational documentation in an up-to-date state
• Participation in projects to automate work processes with documents

Our expectations:

• Higher technical education, preferably in the field energy, radio engineering, or instrument engineering
• Experience in preparing and accompanying technical documentation for electronic products - from 2 years
• Skills in object photography
• Fluent command of the Ukrainian language
• Desirable command of English - intermediate level or above

Ownership of work tools:

• Professional ownershipMS Office:

1. MS WORD - working with templates, styles, fields, merging documents
2. MS Excel - building simple and consolidated tables, youusing formulas, macros, etc.
3. Power Point - preparing presentations

• Tools for working with raster and vector graphics (Photoshop, Corel Draw,Illustrator)
• Working with systems automatic design (Auto CAD, Solid Work)
• Work organization tools (JIRA)
• Data warehouse automation and versioning tools (SVN)
• Artificial intelligence tools for writing documentation and its translation in other languages

Knowledge of normative documents:

• Project documentation

• Operational documentation
