"Klimat Systems" is a team of professionals that since 2007 has been helping to create comfort in premises thanks to modern heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems. Over the entire period of its existence and active evolution, the company has provided climate technology to 10,000+ industrial and residential facilities.
We are looking for a Recruiter who will be responsible for the full cycle of personnel selection and support of hiring processes in the company. This role is for someone who knows how to find talent, build long-term relationships with candidates and create a positive experience for everyone involved in the hiring process.
Main Responsibilities:
- Participation in the development of the company's HR strategy;
- Full cycle of recruiting, from application to candidate exit for work;
- Formulating requirements for candidates and creating a job description together with the customer (according to the job description);
- Organizing and conducting interviews;
- Supporting a new employee at the stage of adaptation and immersion in the position;
- Maintaining and updating the database of candidates and the labor market;
- Documentary registration for hiring, keeping contracts and recruitment accounts;
- Preparation of reports and optimization of document flow in the department.
Our expectations:
- Possession of practical work experience in a similar position from 1 year;
- Ability to communicate and negotiate at a high level levels;
- Confident use of search tools and job sites;
- Knowledge of interviewing methods;
- Ability to work with a large amount of information;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and specialized HR programs.
