We are looking for EXPERIENCED RECRUITER, what YOU will receive:
- Depending on your experience, there are 2 options for motivation, for style="font-weight: 700">middle: rate + bonus for closing, a total of 30,000 — 35,000 UAH.
- For senior: bbonus for each closed vacancy from 9,000 to 20,000 UAH, in total 42,000 - 65,000 UAH;
- The team has a separate sourcer, who is engaged in cold searches: W/R, LinkedIn, Djinni, for your team at work simultaneously 7-11 vacancies;
- Work schedule:Mon-Fri, from 09:00 to 18:00,we respect the personal time of the team, Your salary depends on the result;
- We have a super systematic approach to recruiting, every process is digitized, we use AI at every stage of our work so that you can earn more;
- You can be anywhere in Ukraine - the whole team works REMOTE;
- Budget for vacancies within the framework of a month only on job sites - up to 80,000 UAH;
- Access to all possible recruiting sources - we have our own network of Telegram channels with 92,000+ subscribers, a developed LinkedIn with 13,200 subscribers and a VERY strong candidate base throughout Ukraine (3,200+ people);
- Tand you don't sell anything and don't interact with the client in any way, the company has BDR and PM;
- The average age of the team is 24 years, we are very valuable, we have a cool atmosphere in the team;
- We are for the initiative, if you have ideas to improve recruiting processes - great, let's use them;
- You do not write the text of the vacancy and do not publish it on job sites, there is a separate person in the team for this. This saves your time and you can focus exactly on the result;
- We have a developed adaptation for new employees, from the first days you will 100% have all the tools to close vacancies;
