Goal positions

Ensuring the efficient operation of confectionery production, product quality control, process optimization and production scaling for B2B and B2C segments.

Main duties1. Production management

• Organization and control of daily production processes

• Planning of production volumes according to orders (B2B + B2C)

• Control of adherence to technological maps

2. Team

• Management of a team of confectioners and assistants

• Training, adaptation and development of personnel

• Formation of effective shifts and schedules

3. Quality and standards

• Product quality control at all stages

• Implementation of HACCP standards

• Working with customer feedback

4. Optimization of processes

• Cost reduction without loss of quality

• Introduction of new technologies and automation

• Control of write-offs and balances

5. Product development

• Participation in the creation of new desserts

• Adaptation of products to the needs of coffee shops (B2B)

• Implementation of trendy positions

Requirements for the candidate

• Experience in a similar position from 2 years

• Experience in a confectionery production (mandatory)

• Understanding technological processes

• Team management experience

• Planning and analytical skills

• Responsibility, systematicity, leadership

Will be an advantage

• Experience working with B2B clients (cafe, restaurants)

• Experience scaling production

• Knowledge of current trends in desserts
