Role for the full cycle of recruiting: search, selection and support of candidates.
Responsibilities:
• Finding candidates for various positions (sales, support, digital, etc.)
• Conducting initial interviews and screening
• Supporting candidates at all stages of hiring
• Maintaining a candidate database and communication
Requirements:
• Experience in of recruiting / HR from 6 months
• Understanding of the basic stages of recruitment and personnel selection
• Skills of effective communication with candidates
• Ability to work with several vacancies in parallel
• Systematic, responsible and result-oriented
• Fluent in Ukrainian (English is a plus)
Will be an advantage:
• Experience in mass recruitment (sales, support, call centers)
• Experience with LinkedIn, job platforms, Telegram channels
• Experience in a digital/IT environment
• Skills in building a recruiting funnel and analytics
