We are looking for a specialist who will help develop the direction of attracting customers and support the sales process of IT services. The person in this role will work with international clients, deal with lead generation, initial communication and customer support in the sales funnel.
What will be required to do
Search and attract new customers on Upwork and LinkedIn, process invitations and initial text communication with customers, book calls and transfer BDM leads.
Maintain the customer base and update statuses in CRM, support of communication with customers in the sales funnel.
Preparation of follow-up letters, estimate tables and accompanying documentation.
Collection and maintenance of sales metrics in Google Sheets, preparation of reports.
Preparation and updating of the company portfolio (in particular, Upwork), search for partners and opportunities for networking.
What you need to have
Experience with CRM systems.
A confident user of Google Sheets / Excel / Google Slides.
English B2+ (written), experience in business correspondence.
Experience with Upwork and LinkedIn — a must.
Understanding the IT sales process and the stages of the sales funnel.
Skills in finding leads and working with invites.
Organized, attention to detail and customer orientation.
