Functional duties:

• Full cycle of recruiting: from receiving an application to the candidate leaving for work

• Conducting interviews and evaluating candidates

• Interaction with production managers departments

• Supporting the candidate during the adaptation phase

• Formation and support of the personnel reserve

• Management of the candidate database

• Participation in the improvement of personnel selection processes

Requirements:

• Experience in the field of personnel selection from 1 of the year

• Experience in production or mass recruiting is desirable

• High level of communication skills

• Organized and systematic

• Result orientation

• Ability to work in multitasking mode
