In the position of Head of the group of recruiters, you will:

• Responsible for the full cycle of finding personnel for production.
• Manage the team recruiters, helping them develop, set goals and effectively achieve them.
• Establish strong partnerships with department heads to best understand their needs and offer optimal solutions.
• Analyze the labor market in the manufacturing sector, track trends and implement new approaches to increase recruitment efficiency.

To be the best fit for this position, you have:

• Higher education and 2+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably in the production field.
• Team management skills or willingness to develop in this direction.
• Ability to work with a large volume of information, systematically approach tasks and maintain high quality of work.
• Responsibility, sociability and desire to help people find their place in the company.
• Interest in the development of the defense industry and willingness to join an important cause for the country.
