• Experience in recruiting from 1 year.
• Confident useLinkedIn, job-portals.
• Experience in conducting structured interviews.
• Developed communication skills, ability to build a professional dialogue with candidates and managers.
• High level of self-organization, responsibility andflexibility in approaches — the ability to adapt to changes in priorities and tasks.
• Result orientation, analytical thinking and the ability to effectively work with a large amount of information.

What tasks will be in front of you?

• Independent search and recruitment of candidates through various channels: social networks, job portals, recommendations, direct search.
• Conducting online interviews (video/audio), comprehensive assessment of professional competencies, motivation and compliance with corporate culture.
• Formation of structured profiles of candidates with reasoned recommendations for managers.
• Full recruitment funnel management: coordination of selection stages, communication with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring transparency of the process.
• Preparation of analytics and reports on recruiting effectiveness (closing dates, sources of candidates, conversions).
• Timely and high-quality closing of vacancies in accordance with agreed profiles and business priorities.
