Responsibilities:

• Search and quality selection of personnel according to certain corporate standards
• Working with job sites, social networks, educational institutions, participation in job fairs
• Posting information on bulletin boards, cooperation with public employment centers
• Conducting phone interviews, initial interviews, organization of interviews with job applicants
• Mass selection
• Maintenance of candidate database

Requirements:

• Experience in mass. selection will be an advantage
• Initiative
• Results oriented
• Activity, attentiveness
