Duties:

• Closing vacancies of various profiles;

• Posting vacancies on job platforms;

• Active search for candidates;

• Processing a large flow of feedback;

• Conducting telephone interviews;

• Organizing interviews with managers;

• Managing the candidate database and reporting.

Requirements:

• Experience in recruiting or sourcing from 2 years;

• Experience in mass selection will be an advantage;

• Ability to work in conditions of a large volume of tasks;

• Speed in acceptance solutions;

• High communication skills;

• Resistance to stress and orientation to the result.
