Recruiter in PAPAKARLO, TOV

Papacarlo is a modern production company in the market of wooden containers. We manufacture and repair pallets, have our own warehouses in several regions and our own fleet.
Now we are actively scaling teams in warehouses and in production areas - that is why we are looking for a recruiter who will help to quickly and efficiently close mass vacancies.

Your tasks

• Close warehouse/production vacancies: loaders, repairmen, sorters, handymen, etc.

• Lead the selection funnel: from the feedback to the exit of the candidate.

• Post ads and search for candidates in various channels: sites, groups, recommendations, local communities.

• Conduct short initial interviews according to the script: motivation, readiness for the schedule/conditions, adequacy expectations.

• Maintain reporting (basically in tables).

Who we are looking for

The most important thing for us is interest in recruiting, ambition and systematicity. Experience is desirable, but not mandatory.

You will suit us if:

• you are comfortable communicating a lot (telephone, messengers);

• you are persistent and bring tasks to the end;

• you learn quickly and like order in your work;

• you can organize yourself (lists, deadlines, control of agreements);

• basic knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel.
