This role is about the full cycle of recruiting, live communication with candidates and working closely with hiring managers. You will work in technical and non-technical roles, influence the quality of hiring and help the business grow quickly and systematically.

Requirements
- Experience in IT recruiting for 2-3 years in food, iGaming companies;
- Experience in the full cycle of recruiting;
- Experience in mass recruitment;
- Confident command of modern sourcing and recruiting techniques (social networks, job boards, direct search);
- Experience with ATS-systems (we use People Force);
- Strong interviewing skills and knowledge of various interview techniques (selection, evaluation, negotiation of offers);
- Experience of effective interaction with hiring managers;
- The level of English is above average (Upper-Intermediate / B2+);
- High communication and negotiation skills skills;
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail;
- Creative, proactive person who can think outside the box.
Responsibilities
- Coordination of the full cycle recruiting for several vacancies in order to allow candidates to go through all stages of selection as quickly and comfortably as possible;
- Supporting candidates at all stages of the recruiting process;
- Creum screening, conducting interviews, providing feedback to candidates;
- Managing all communication with candidates from the moment of feedback to joining the team;
- Creating and publishing vacancies, placing them in social networks and on relevant job boards;
- Support and update of the recruiting base in ATS;
- Willingness to work in a dynamic environment and change priorities according to business needs.
