Recruiter, recruitment manager in MilTech Recruitment

Our client is a leading manufacturer of fpv drones for the military. In connection with active development, invites an experienced Recruiter to the team.

Area of responsibility:

• closing of production, logistics and warehouse offices vacancies
• interaction with heads of divisions regarding recruitment;
• full cycle of recruiting — from search to adaptation

Requirements:

• experience as a Recruiter from 2 years;
• experience working at manufacturing enterprises/in logistics companies will be an advantage;
• possession of mass selection tools;
• personal qualities: orientation towards the result.

We offer:

• official employment;
• salary from 40,000 per month;
• office work schedule: Monday - Friday, from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (1 remote day per week after passing the trial term.);
• office on the Right Bank;
• bookingif necessary (if the military registration document is in order) in the first week of work;
• support of employees on military registration issues;
• comfortable and warm office (uninterrupted Internet, generator and equipped shelter for security team);
